What is the Health Coverage Tax Credit (HCTC)?

"The Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program created a Health Coverage Tax Credit (HCTC) for trade-affected workers under all TAA and North American Free Trade Act (NAFTA)-TAA certified petitions. The TAA program provides two options for an eligible individual to receive the benefit.
